At MantraPrint, we take immense pride in the quality of our printing and signage fabrication. Because the nature of our business involves creating highly customized products based on your specific requirements (logos, names, brand colors), our return and refund policies differ from standard retail stores.

1. Standard Non-Returnable Policy

Due to the personalized nature of printing and custom signage, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, provide cash refunds, or exchange products under the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after the order was printed or fabricated.
  • There are spelling errors, typos, or incorrect contact details that were present in the digital proof approved by you prior to printing.
  • Slight color variations between your digital screen (RGB) and the final physical print (CMYK), which is a standard technical limitation in the printing industry.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Production: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so immediately. If the design process has started but printing/cutting has not yet commenced, we will refund your advance payment after deducting a nominal design/processing fee.
  • During/After Production: Once your artwork has been sent to the press or the raw material (steel/acrylic) has been laser-cut, the order cannot be canceled, and the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

We conduct strict quality checks, but human or machine errors can rarely occur. If you receive a product that is genuinely defective or significantly different from your approved proof, we will fix it.

  • Reporting: You must notify us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the defect.
  • Resolution: Upon verification of a manufacturing error (e.g., severe miscut, completely wrong paper stock used), MantraPrint will reprint or re-fabricate the defective items at our own cost as quickly as possible. Cash refunds are generally not provided for manufacturing errors; we focus on replacing the item.

4. Local Delivery Terms (Delhi-NCR)

To ensure fast delivery across Gurgaon and Delhi-NCR, we frequently utilize third-party hyper-local delivery services such as Porter, Rapido, Uber Connect, or similar aggregators.

  • Transit Delays: While we dispatch orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or the delivery partner’s logistics. Delays in delivery do not entitle you to a refund.
  • Transit Damage: We pack all prints and signages securely (using shrink wrap, bubble wrap, or corrugated boxes). However, once the package is handed over to a third-party rider (e.g., Porter/Uber), the liability of safe transit shifts to the delivery aggregator. We highly recommend inspecting delicate items (like acrylic boards) immediately upon arrival before sharing the delivery OTP.
  • Delivery Charges: Local delivery charges are borne by the client (unless explicitly stated as ‘Free Delivery’ in the quotation). If a package is returned to us because the client was unavailable to receive it, the client will bear the cost of re-delivery.
