Welcome to MantraPrint. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website mantraprint.in and all related printing, fabrication, and signage services provided by MantraPrint (operating from Sector 8, Gurugram). By placing an order with us, either online, via WhatsApp, or in person, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Order Processing & Proofing

• Artwork Approval: Before production begins, digital proofs (PDF/JPEG) will be shared via WhatsApp or email. It is the client’s strict responsibility to check for spelling errors, layout issues, and correct contact details.
• Final Sign-off: MantraPrint will not be held liable for any typos, layout errors, or missing information once the client has explicitly approved the digital proof.
• Turnaround Time: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. While we strive for timely delivery (especially for same-day requests), delays due to machine breakdowns, power outages, or severe weather conditions do not warrant a refund.

2. Color Matching & Print Quality

• CMYK vs. RGB: Digital screens display colors in RGB, while commercial printing uses CMYK inks. Therefore, 100% exact color matching between your mobile/computer screen and the final printed product is technically impossible. A slight color variation is industry standard and acceptable.
• Paper Stock Variations: Different paper types (e.g., Gloss vs. Maplitho) absorb ink differently, which may result in slight tonal shifts across different marketing materials.

3. Payments & Pricing

• Advance Payment: As all printing and signage work is entirely customized and cannot be resold, an advance payment of 50% to 100% (depending on order size) is strictly required before the initiation of any design or printing process.
• Quotations: Quotations shared via WhatsApp or Email are valid for 7 days. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs (paper, steel, acrylic).
• Taxes: All final invoices will be subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian Government regulations.

4. Signage Fabrication & Installation

• Site Readiness: For heavy architectural signage (3D Metal letters, Acrylic Boards), it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the installation wall/surface is clear and capable of holding the required weight.
• Electrical Connections: For Backlit (LED) signage, MantraPrint will provide the necessary wires trailing from the board. However, providing a primary power source/socket nearby is the client’s responsibility.
• Permissions: Securing permissions from building management, RWAs, or municipal authorities for outdoor hoarding or signage installation is solely the client’s responsibility.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Custom Orders: Because every product is custom-manufactured to the client’s exact specifications, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the printing or fabrication process has commenced.
• Defective Products: If you receive a product with a major manufacturing defect (e.g., severe miscut, completely wrong material used), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If verified, we will reprint/re-fabricate the defective items at our cost. Cash refunds are generally not provided.
• Design Fees: Any fees paid specifically for graphic design services are strictly non-refundable once the initial design drafts have been shared.

6. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: By submitting artwork, logos, or text to MantraPrint, you guarantee that you own the rights to said material and are not infringing on any third-party copyrights or trademarks. MantraPrint holds no liability for printing copyrighted material provided by the client.
• Marketing Rights: MantraPrint reserves the right to photograph completed signages and printed materials to use as portfolio samples on our website, social media, or marketing catalogs unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or services provided by MantraPrint shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
