How It Works
This technique involves cutting the letter shapes directly into the ACP sheet in reverse, then fitting gold acrylic letters flush into those cut-outs. LED strips are installed behind the panel. When the lights are on, the glow radiates from behind each letter — creating a halo lighting effect that makes the sign pop, especially after dark.
The result is a clean, flat-faced sign during the day with a warm gold metallic finish — and a dramatically lit, glowing sign at night.
