1. Order Processing Time (Before Shipping)
- What it is: This is the time we take to carefully process, proof, and prepare your order for shipment. This does not include the actual shipping time.
- Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Complex Orders: Orders with complex designs, large quantities, or special finishes (like foiling, embossing, etc.) may require additional processing time. We will keep you informed if there are any delays.
2. Shipping Partners & Destinations
We trust a network of reliable courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and others to ensure your order reaches you safely.
We currently ship across India.
3. Shipping Timelines & Rates
Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within the following estimated timeframes:

4. How Shipping is Calculated
Shipping costs are not fixed and depend on:
- The size and weight of your order.
- Your delivery location.
The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed clearly before you complete your payment at checkout
5. Order Tracking
You don’t have to wonder where your order is!
- As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and an SMS containing your unique ** tracking number** and a link to track your package.
- You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on our website and visiting the “My Orders” section.
6. What Happens During Delivery?
- Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.
- Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to the nearest hub. Please use your tracking number to contact the courier company directly to schedule a redelivery.
7. Important Things to Note
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you enter a wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@mantraprint.in. We will try to help if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
- Business Days: Our processing and shipping timelines are based on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery Delays: While we provide estimated timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the inherent nature of courier services. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
