At MantraPrint, we understand that marketing events, exhibitions, and store launches run on strict deadlines. To ensure you receive your printed materials and signages as quickly as possible, we have optimized our production and local delivery network across Gurugram and the wider Delhi-NCR region.

1. Local Delivery Partners (Delhi-NCR)

Because we operate directly from our manufacturing hub in Sector 8, Gurugram, we do not rely on slow, traditional courier services for local orders. Instead, we use hyper-local logistics aggregators to deliver your goods directly from our factory to your doorstep.

• Our Delivery Partners: We primarily dispatch orders via Porter, Rapido, Uber Connect, Borzo, and similar fast-delivery services.
• Live Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a live tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor the rider’s exact location.

Delivery speed depends entirely on the type of product you order. Below is our standard dispatch timeline (calculated from the moment you approve the final design proof):

3. Delivery Charges

• To-Pay Basis: By default, local delivery via Porter/Uber is sent on a “To-Pay” basis. You will need to pay the exact delivery fee shown on the aggregator’s app directly to the rider upon receiving the goods.
• Pre-Paid Delivery: If you prefer, we can calculate the delivery charge at the time of dispatch and add it to your final invoice, allowing you to pay us directly.
• Self-Pickup: You are always welcome to pick up your completed order directly from our Sector 8, Gurugram workshop during our working hours to save on delivery charges.

4. Transit Damage & Receiving Your Order

• Packaging: We ensure that all products, especially fragile items like Acrylic Boards and Neon Signs, are securely packed using bubble wrap, shrink film, and edge protectors before handing them over to the rider.
• Inspect Upon Delivery: Once the package is handed over to a third-party rider (e.g., Porter), the liability for safe transit rests with the aggregator. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Do not share the delivery OTP with the rider if the product or packaging appears severely damaged.
• If you discover transit damage, take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product immediately, and share them with us on WhatsApp so we can assist you in raising a dispute with the delivery partner.
